The venue provided luxurious amenities including a steam room and sauna, which were both extremely relaxing and helped me unwind after a busy day. the bar and restaurant were also top-notch, serving delicious meals and drinks in an elegant atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with the bus stop to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe just across the street. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the bus stop for the airport, and there is a metro station right outside the door. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel were excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we had a great experience at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was centrally located, great to easily walk to the riverside, shops, and restaurants. the hotel staff were polite and efficient, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. the high-quality furnishings added a touch of elegance to our experience.

There were a few negatives that affected our overall impression of the hotel. the service at the fine-dining restaurant was poor.

I found the pillows and bed linen to be too thin, and the air conditioning didn't work very well. The lack of soundproofing was also a problem, as I could hear noise from other rooms, which disturbed my sleep.

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Carlton in Bilbao! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ramón the bartender who made amazing sangria and gin & tonic. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Definitely our favorite hotel during our vacation!
